candidates are generally obtained by database search, advertising, personal contact, and executive search (generally within Victoria, but also from interstate and overseas from time to time).For permanent staff placements a list of the standard scheduled fees and conditions are submitted with each applicant resume and Special rates can be negotiated for specific requirements and a sliding fee schedule for multiple placements is available.
For placement of staff on Contract, fees are charged at market rates. We offer flexibility, simplicity and security in contract arrangements.
